SARACEN MINERAL HOLDINGS Saracen Mineral Holdings has appointed John Richards to the Board as an independent Non-Execuঞve Director, effecঞve 1 May 2019. Sydney-based Mr Richards is an economist with more than 35 years' experience in the resources industry. During this ঞme, he has held strategy and business development posiঞons in mining companies and has worked in investment banks and private equity groups. He has been involved in a wide range of mining M&A transacঞons in mulঞple jurisdicঞons. Mr Richards' previous posiঞons include head of strategy and business development at Normandy Mining, Head of Mining and Metals Advisory (Australia) at Standard Bank, Managing Director at Buka Minerals Ltd and Operaঞng Partner at GNRI. SAYONA MINING Emerging lithium miner Sayona Mining announced the appointment of highly experienced internaঞonal company director and chief execuঞve, Bre Lynch, as the Company's new Australia - based Managing Director responsible for advancing Sayona's strategic lithium porolio in Canada and Western Australia. With a strong background in mining and mining - related businesses across Australia, Asia and North America, Mr Lynch has a proven track record in advancing shareholder value through converঞng opportuniঞes to outcomes.
