Tony Wood currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Aurania Resources Inc. Mr Wood's execuঞve experience includes oversight of finance and operaঞons of various publicly-traded exploraঞon, development and producঞon staged resource companies. Over the last 20 years, he has successfully completed close to US$1billion in financing and M&A transacঞons in the mining industry. William (Bill) Howald has also been appointed as Execuঞve Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr Howald is a successful entrepreneur who founded several public companies and led the exploraঞon division of a major mining company. He has extensive experience building effecঞve exploraঞon teams and delivering quality resources. CONDEMINE RESOURCES Condamine Resources has appointed a new Execuঞve Director, Ms Anna Nahajski-Staples. Ms Nahajski-Staples has spent over 20 years consulঞng to various listed companies in a corporate advisory capacity. In addiঞon to working as an investment banker in the US, Ms Nahajski-Staples has held a number of board and strategic advisory posiঞons, most recently focusing on raising capital from Europe for ASX and TSX-listed resource companies. Further, the Company's previous Managing Director and Mining Engineer, Mr Don Harper, has become a Non- Execuঞve Director. DINGO Dingo, the global leader in predicঞve maintenance so[ware, announced the appointment of Susan Warby as Chief Execuঞve Officer. Reporঞng to the board of directors, she assumes responsibility for the management and operaঞons of the company. An accomplished commercial leader, Ms Warby is tasked with acceleraঞng growth, building on an established customer- focused culture, and leading the company to capitalise on emerging opportuniঞes in the fast-growing predicঞve maintenance sector. Ms Warby succeeds the organisaঞon's longstanding CEO, Paul Higgins. Mr Higgins will transiঞon to Execuঞve Chairman of the board and will conঞnue to strategically guide the organisaঞon working closely with Ms Warby. DSC DREDGE Chrisঞna Bolling was named Vice President and Chief Administraঞve Officer (CAO) of DSC Dredge. Ms Bolling was promoted a[er serving five years as DSC Dredge Corporate Human Resources Director where she fostered an integrated culture throughout DSC headquarters and two producঞon faciliঞes in Greenbush, Michigan and Poplarville, Mississippi, USA. Ms Bolling's background experience of Human Resources, Leadership Development and Operaঞons provide substanঞal knowledge and experঞse as she reinforces each DSC department's performance to be the best of their abiliঞes. KINROSS GOLD CORPORATION Kinross Gold Corporaঞon made changes to its senior leadership structure, with the Company streamlining its senior leadership team. Lauren Roberts, Senior Vice-President and Chief Operaঞng Officer, and Gina Jardine, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources are leaving the Company by mutual agreement. Paul Tomory will now be Execuঞve Vice-President and Chief Technical Officer and broaden his porolio to take on leadership of regional operaঞons. The Kinross senior leadership team now includes Paul Rollinson, President and CEO; Geoff Gold, Execuঞve Vice- President, Corporate Development and External Relaঞons, and Chief Legal Officer; Paul Tomory, Execuঞve-Vice President and Chief Technical Officer; and Andrea Freeborough, Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Human Resources has been re-structured to align more closely with operaঞons and corporate responsibiliঞes. LINDIAN RESOURCES Lindian Resources has appointed experienced bauxite execuঞve Mr Shannon Green as Managing Director, effecঞve immediately. Mr Green has over 20 years' resource development and mining operaঞons experience, having managed several world-class resource project developments and mines, including a number of Australia's largest iron ore mining operaঞons. Mr Green also has extensive experience working in Guinea, having held the roles of General Manager Project Delivery with Alliance Mining Commodiঞes (2012-2015) and Consultant Project Director with Alcoa Global Mining on the CBG Expansion Project during 2015. MINERALS COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA The Minerals Council of Australia (MCA) has announced that former federal cabinet minister Helen Coonan will replace Vanessa Guthrie as the organisaঞon's new chair. Ms Coonan has been appointed to the posiঞon for the next two years. Her selecঞon follows an extensive process involving the company's board and chief execuঞve officer, which concluded in early May.
