Caroline Cox, currently General Counsel of BHP, will also assume the role of Group Company Secretary, and has been appointed a company secretary of BHP Group Limited and BHP Group Plc effecঞve 1 March 2019. Geof Stapledon remains a company secretary of BHP Group Plc, and has been appointed company secretary of BHP Group Limited, also effecঞve 1 March 2019. Rachel Agnew remains a company secretary of BHP Group Limited and BHP Group Plc. CARDNO Cardno CEO and Managing Director, Ian Ball has announced the appointment of Jamie Alonso to the posiঞon of Chief Execuঞve Officer of the company's Asia Pacific Region. Jamie has close to 30 years' experience providing civil engineering services across various disciplines for the private and public sector. RUSAL Mr. Jean-Pierre Thomas received an imperaঞve request of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury to leave the office of the Chairman and Director as one of the prerequisites for terminaঞon of US sancঞons in relaঞon to the Company. Mr Thomas, has accepted the request and has tendered his resignaঞon as an independent non-execuঞve Director with effect from 26 January 2019. Mr. Philippe Bernard Henri Mailfait has also tendered his resignaঞon as an independent non-execuঞve Director with effect from 26 January 2019 due to other business commitments. ALROSA Rebecca Foerster, former Vice President of Strategic Planning and Markeঞng at Leo Schachter Diamonds, was appointed President Alrosa USA Inc. Foerster was also Vice President at Rio Tinto's US Representaঞve office of leadership roles and has held posiঞons at Frederick Goldman Inc., Revlon, Unilever, and Benckiser. CONSOLIDATED TIN MINES Teresa Dyson was appointed to the Consolidated Tin Mines Board, effecঞve 25 January 2019. Ms Dyson is currently a Non-Execuঞve Director at Seven West Media, Power and Water Corporaঞon, Genex Power, Energy Super and Energy Queensland; Board Member of the Naঞonal Housing Finance and Investment Corporaঞon and the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) and Member of the Takeovers Panel. TRANS PACIFIC ENERGY GROUP Trans Pacific Energy Group (TPE) has appointed a renowned Western Australian geologist, Neil Hutchison, to its Expert Advisory Board. Mr Hutchison has more than 25 years industry experience, with significant experঞse in essenঞal baery metals such as nickel, cobalt, copper and lithium. HAVILAH RESOURCES Mr Marঞn Janes has been appointed as an Independent Non-execuঞve Director effecঞve 2 January 2019 to replace Mr Kenneth Williams who reঞred from the Board. Mr Janes is an experienced mining execuঞve with over 28 years' experience. Unঞl recently, he was Chief Execuঞve Officer of Terramin Australia Limited, a posiঞon he commenced in June 2013 having been that company's Chief Financial Officer for three and a half years unঞl the end of 2010. In his ঞme with Terramin, Mr Janes had oversight of operaঞons in South Australia and overseas and has valuable experience in all facets of mining project development, and has a good understanding of the regulatory and operaঞng environment in South Australia. MYANMAR METALS Mr Bruce Goulds has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Execuঞve Director. Mr Goulds has over 30 years of finance and commercial experience in various listed and unlisted corporaঞons including the past 14 years as CFO of Mineral Resources Limited. Mineral Resources is a leading Australian based mining services and processing company, with decades of experience in the mining and mining services sectors. Prior to that he was Commercial Manager within Brambles Industries, Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Cockburn Corporaঞon Limited and Commercial Manager for the Australasian operaঞons of internaঞonal mining equipment manufacturers Svedala Industrii, Metso Minerals and Sandvik. CONSOLIDATED ZINC Company CEO, Brad Marwood, will join the Board as Managing Director effecঞve from 4 February 2019. Mr Marwood, a mining engineer and resource industry execuঞve with more than 30 years' experience, has been involved in bringing nearly 20 gold and base metals projects into producঞon in locaঞons including Africa, Asia, Australia and North and South America, as well as managing numerous feasibility studies. He has held senior roles in groups including Normandy Mines, Moto Gold Mines and Perseus Mining. On the move
