Axiom Mining has appointed David Kins- man as chief financial officer and company secretary. He has a track record of estab- lishing effective finance teams as well as an extensive background as a senior finance executive in multinational organisations. Kingsrose Mining has appointed experi- enced mining executive Michael Moore as chief executive officer. He is a mining en- gineer with more than 15 years operational and management experience across a di- verse range of commodities. Patrick Goris has been named Rockwell Automa- tion senior vice president and chief financial officer. He succeeds Theodore Crandall, who has been appointed senior vice president, Control Products & Solutions, replacing Ken Champa, who is to retire. Metal Tiger has hired a mining specialist as its technical director to help with key deci- sions on its projects. Alastair Middleton has over 27 years' international experience, in underground and open pit operations. Monument Mining has appointed Klaus Eckhof as an independent senior geologi- cal adviser to identify and review gold prop- erties, and assist in completion of acquisi- tion transaction(s). He is a senior qualified and experienced geologist. Mining technology veter- an Andrew Pyne has been appointed presi- dent and CEO of Wenco following the retirement of founder Phil Walshe. Most recently Andrew Pyne was vice president, mining of Dassault Systèmes GEOVIA. Angkor Gold Corp announces the resigna- tion Aaron Triplett as CFO to pursue other opportunities and the appointment of Terry Mereniuk as interim CFO. The company has also appointed Stephen Lautens as vice president of Corporate Affairs. Ian B Clyne has been appointed by Geopacific Resources as an independent non-executive director. He has over 35 years of experience in international banking. In conjunction with the close of Besra Gold's C$10 million exit financing, there have been several changes to the Board of Directors. David Seton, George Molyviatis and Les Robinson resigned and Jocelyn Bennett and John Seton were appoint- ed. Jon Morda remains on the Board. John Seton transitions from CEO to man- aging director. Australia's resource in- dustry employer group AMMA has appointed respected employment lawyer David Parker as head of its West Coast operations in Perth. He has been a partner in the Employment Law practice of Ashurst Australia for almost 14 years. China Gold International Resources Corp announces the appointment of Guan Shiliang as vice president. He joined the company in 2015 becoming the Board Chairman of Tibet Huatailong Mining De- velopment Corp Ltd, the company's whol- ly-owned subsidiary. Positioning technology company Position Partners has welcomed Cameron Wa- ters, business manager Geospatial Sys- tems, and Gina Velde, marketing and organisation development manager, to its executive leadership team. Zhang Ming has resigned as a director of GobiMin Inc owing to health issues with Joyce Yuen Kwan Ko subsequently ap- pointed as a director. She is the chief finan- cial officer, vice president corporate Affairs and secretary of the company. G-Resources Group Limited has appointed Leung Oi Kin as an executive director. He has more than 18 years of experience in ac- counting and financial management. He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, China NT Pharma Group Company Limited and Wisdom Holdings Group.
